Plot

Benjamin, a Mexican immigrant who, after spending 20 years in prison in the United States, returns to his native Mexico, which is preparing to celebrate 200 years of independence and 100 years of the revolution. But he can't believe his eyes: his loved ones are involved in one way or another in drug trafficking, and the country has descended into violence and corruption. Very quickly, Benjamin has no choice but to put himself under the control of the drug lord of "San Miguel (N)Arcangel", a small village near the American border. But not everything will go according to plan...
